I am a creative facilitator, engagement practitioner, events organiser and cultural writer. My work sits across arts, education and community contexts, with a focus on participation, access and people-centred creative practice. I am particularly interested in work that creates space for connection, reflection and voice.
Alongside creative facilitation and events delivery, I write theatre reviews and cultural commentary that centre audience experience, access and representation. My writing considers not only what work is doing artistically, but how it feels to encounter it, who it speaks to and who it makes space for.

My practice is informed by experience working within higher education and student engagement settings, including facilitation and project support, recruitment and engagement events and multidisciplinary arts fundraising. I have worked both independently and within teams, organising and delivering public-facing events, recruiting and training volunteers and supporting contributors and audiences throughout the process. This experience has shaped a practice that values clarity, care and collaboration.
I also come from a background in theatre and performance-making. My creative work has included devised theatre, live art and solo performance projects exploring themes such as women’s experiences of healthcare, chronic illness, safety and social expectation. These projects continue to inform how I approach facilitation, engagement and writing, particularly in my attention to embodiment, storytelling and ethical creative practice, even though performance is not currently the primary focus of my work.

Across all areas of my practice, I am interested in how creative work can support confidence, participation and meaningful engagement. Whether working with students, community groups, collaborators or audiences, I aim to create environments that feel accessible, thoughtful and well-held.
If you’d like to work together — whether on a workshop, event, engagement project or writing commission — you’re very welcome to get in touch.
